Good relationship with local academia

We have a long history of relations with the local academia. The two biggest university partners are the Nizhny Novgorod State University and the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University. Our collaboration helps to train highly qualified specialists for working in Teleca Russia and other companies, taking into account modern up-to-date professional requirements for IT specialists. Since 2005, Teleca Russia runs a special program with these two universities which is twofold: to help the universities improve their curriculum and to help Teleca Russia ensure there is a pipeline of Teleca employees with the right skills.

Successful internships

Every year, the best students participate in the educational project with Teleca Russia. Teleca Russia groups consist of a maximum of 30 students in NN State University and 13-15 students in NN State Technical University. Students attend special courses that developed by University professors in cooperation with Teleca Russia experts in Linux, Android, advanced C/C++, operating systems, etc. As part of the educational project the students spend one day a week in Teleca Russia to participate in the on-the-job training in real projects.

Skilled new employees

The program lasts from 2-3months up to 1 year and students get a Teleca Russia sponsored monthly stipend. The professional level of students participating in the program is much higher compared to their peers, which allows Teleca Russia to make offers to them prior to completing the full course.
