“Right now I’m working on a Nokia S40 Variant Creation Project in Texas. We work on creating and implementing mobile software settings for various Telecom service providers. Our team has helped the Nokia Variant Creation team increase their output by completing a higher number of variants.

The good thing about being a Teleca consultant is that with each project comes an opportunity to learn something different in your field, thus developing your knowledge with a variety of Telecom technologies. But what I like best about it is that I get to work with people from different customer companies, that exposes me to their different work dynamics.

I like what I am doing and also like the people I am working with. It is important to be analytical in order to make improvements and also be open to feedback from your co-workers. Always focus at the job at hand and know where your capabilities lie so you can produce quality output."
